In order to find your squad, you must...

• self-reflect (stop telling yourself lies that keep you alone and lonely)
• admit you want to be considered, comforted, and cared for
• open yourself up to new things
• recognize that deep and rich love will bring you both joy and pain
• keep a circle that is close, straightforward, sharpens you, and is reliable
• be willing to be creative in how you develop your tribe
• and keep a squad that consists of the following
  • the sage
  • the cheerleader
  • the ride or die
  • the accountability partner
  • the good time
  • the reliable one
