1. How do you express kindness towards yourself? Are there areas in your life where you might need to extend the same grace to yourself that God so freely extended to you? What might those areas be?
2. In what areas of your life do you find it most challenging to extend kindness to others? Ask yourself why, then spend time abiding with Jesus, asking Him to change the attitude of your heart.
3. Take time to reflect on your story and how God's kindness has changed your life. Look for opportunities to tell others about Jesus's kindness; you never know how your encouragement could change the life of another.
