When you sit down to write, are you crippled by self-doubt? Do you feel like you’re not any good and your writing is just trash?
This advice has helped so many people: if you can’t write a good book, write a bad one.
It’s not a mind trick, I mean it. Sit down and try to write a bad book. See what happens.
ASSIGNMENT: Write for one hour, and get 1,000 words on the page. If it’s helpful, try to make them as terrible as possible.
