007: Michael Shermis, City Human Rights Director (Just One of Many Hats He Wears)

He investigates claims of discrimination, ensures compliance with accessibility laws, and acts as a liaison to various groups focused on issues like disability rights, transportation, economic stability, and digital accessibility.
