• The one thing that I will not do is I will not be sad every day for the rest of my life. I will look for something to be joyful. To be grateful every day for the rest of my life. So, that was a huge place to grab hold to walk out of the process. 
• We have permission to be soft and lean into what that healing process looks like. 
• Sometimes it looks like a dream disruption, but it is an interruption of something better or greater.
• Every place of pain has become a place of reign. And so when you are going through any type of process, surround yourself with people who will challenge you to live, dream, and breathe. 
• We have to let go of how they died to honor how they lived. Because if we get stuck on the thing that died like my business died, and I can't, you know, my husband died, and you know, like my two nieces that were killed. And if I don't let go of how they died, I can't honor how they live because I'll be more married to their death than I am to their life.
• There is no greater love than a man to lay down his life for his friends.
• When we don't take the invitation to get up and live, we dishonor the person we were who fought and struggled. Yeah. Because, no matter what we're going through, we're fighting for love, and we're fighting for freedom, and we're fighting for hope, and sometimes the end of it doesn't look like we thought it would be.
• If we don't get up and live, then that woman inside of you that all the time was fighting for life and hope and life, we dishonor that part of ourselves because now we're in the answer of where the living answer to the prayer we prayed.
