In this episode, I will be discussing some things to help you avoid disciplinary action.  These actions can range from counseling, written reprimand, suspension, termination, to indictment and anywhere in between.  If you're new, you may be getting misguided by some veterans.  If you are in an agency with a poor culture, it may be the norm to bend or break rules.  Don't be a victim to the game.
