How would it feel if you chose one word in 2023 that was the focal point of all of your goals? What word could you describe where you have been, the accomplishments you have made and where you want to go? What if that word was not something you chose but that was chosen for you?

This year, I am choosing to use a one word focus instead of setting big granular goals that I found made me feel worse instead of better in 2022. Choosing this word was not something that was picked out of thin air, but rather, me digging deep to find what is next.
