Episode 147: Adult Friendships

Friendships can be hard for adults.  It can be difficult to make new friends and our schedules may make it difficult to connect with old friends.  The research is clear though, adults need meaningful connections.  Adults do better both emotionally and physically if they have quality relationships and that includes with friends.
