After teaching in the inner city and wealthier school districts, he started teaching at a military college in Massachusetts, where he adopted software that pushed his students to new heights. 

He later co-founded Splinterlands.com, a successful trading card game that has been played tens of millions of times and is now the most frequently played game in crypto. Dr. Reich focuses on fundraising, sales, marketing, financials, game development, and community development for the game.
