The truth about momentum and your brain is this; there are physiological components that make it either easier or harder for you to follow through with your goals and be find success in what you want… and the best thing to know is — those physiological components can be directly influenced by YOU.

Psychological momentum is conceptualized as a perceptual phenomenon  - meaning the way you perceive or understand something - that changes human behavior and performance. It is “experienced as a psychological force in which several factors or qualities converge in a synergistic way to enable one to perform at a level not ordinarily possible”

This makes Psychological Momentum a much stronger driving force than motivation alone.
