On January 1 2023, Kentucky residents will be able to obtain a medical cannabis license and possess up to 8 ounces of cannabis from any licensed dispensary in the US with proof of purchase! There are 21 eligible conditions as of right now. This is a very exciting time for the cannabis community and market in Kentucky! Our state has a rich history with cannabis and I am excited to see what our market blossoms into over the next decade!
