We sat down with Thomas Mooneyham of Aberfeldy who has quite the extensive journey within the hospitality industry.

From time spent at a "choose your own stir fry" adventure to being named one of the city's top bartenders - he sheds light on an uncomfortable element in the hospitality space.

Abuse.

We acknowledge that coping mechanisms are a varied topic in their own right yet we wanted to really talk about the accessibility to alcohol, the expectations of its use and how slippery a slope it can be.

This is the beginning of many more conversations to come that genuinely explore the coping mechanisms of the industry and we thank Thomas for sharing his experiences and allowing us to share ours as well.
