Wildly fortunate to be here with THE Liz Pearce of Fighting 69th Whiskey and here we are talking about her humble beginnings in Fargo, SD to media acclaim, navigating male dominated spaces, mentorship and specifically the late Joseph Fiely.

We also talk about how industry elevations  are an obstacle and sadly not an asset to the overall labor force.

Oddly enough we explore the discourse of Zoom meetings, the 'ponderosa' that affects the most silent of the hospitality experience - performers.

All of this is to say that your dollar matters - where it's spent, how its spent and what the expectation is when you decide to 'vote with your dollars'.

The industry is getting back to 'normal' but for whom?

This is a point of a reckoning and in Liz's own words, "be kind until it's not warranted".

We're here and overwhelmingly present with every damn word Liz has shared with us - we're inspired yet empowered by her point of view.

When we say that the industry 'talks' - we wouldn't think of anyone but this dynamic guest who has a textured background yet a grounded point of expectation as to how the hospitality experience can be so much better for you and yours.
