In this short and tactical episode (that I recorded just for y'all on the way to pick up my kids from school), I share how I'm not the one to make all the checklists in my house. 

For all of you using my Household Binder System either in printed binder form or in digital form, you are familiar with the comprehensive lists that go into detail for the entire household.  

News Flash... I am not the one who made all these! 

My previous HERO House Manager Cassandra got them all typed up for us, and then myself and our subsequent HERO have added to them as we keep optimizing our own household. 

And as I keep adding to them, those are the same shared files that you guys get access to with my programs too! So that means you keep getting better and better digital and printable files to keep optimizing your own houses too! 

Many of you ask me, how do you make your Household SOPs, and the answer is, I Don't.... I empower my HERO House Manager to do it! Afterall, she loves making lists! So I put those strengths to use! Chances are your HEROs are the same, so EMPOWER them to use their strengths in your house also!  (That is what the E of HERO stands for after all... )
