Long Run 93 - Eric Strand

We've been harassing Eric Strand to come on this show for quite some time and he finally made it.  He's a really interesting guy that seems to always be at Leadville, Chicago Marathon, Grandma's Marathon and Boston Marathon.  He's made this sport and these races part of his life, and taken his family along for the ride.  Just a really cool chat with a super interesting guy!
