We had no idea how to caption this interview so we settled on "All the hard shit."  Grant Maughan is just incredible.  He's done virtually every popular difficult race - Rhonda Del Cims, HURT, ITI 350, Spartathalon, Marathon Des Sables, Badwater 135, Vol State Brazil 135, and much much much much more.  He's also climbed Mount Everest and he's the captain of a ship. Adventurer, Mountaineer, Explorer and one of Scotty's heroes.  Grant Maughan is just about one of the most interesting people you'll ever hear about.  Buckle up and enjoy.
