Microdosing Spirituality with Jessica Plotkin

I interview Jessica Plotkin about her personal relationship with spirituality. After having a hard time identifying herself in her traditional Jewish upbringing and going through and atheist phase, she found herself within reformed Judaism and devotes herself to mindful activities every week. For Jess, God is "the forces that push life forward."
