Jack Colreavy

In ep 33 I chat with Jack Colreavy. Jack was last week named in the Australian team for the 2017 World Championships Marathon to be held in London next month. After being named emergency a couple of months ago we chat about the ups and downs he has experienced over the last 6 months. Jack talks us through his upbringing and some key marathon workouts and training weeks.
