Staying Nimble

The startup world has one huge benefit in that they are nimble and able to move quickly. But as they grow bigger, that nimbleness and ability to move quickly becomes harder. Over here in BFM, I’ve seen how we have grown from a staff of 10 people to 60. So trust me, it’s hard to be nimble while growing.
