Coming from a background in Construction Management, Lilian never imagined she would one day work in tech. But through the Women Techsters Fellowship, she gained the skills and confidence to pivot into Data Science and AI. Today, she works as an MERL Analyst.

She shares what it was like starting from scratch, the challenges she overcame, and how she landed her very first tech job.
