I've been hearing a lot of teachers feeling burned out, overwhelmed and ready to give up teaching because of the current circumstances and the uncertainty. I completely understand! Teaching is one of the most rewarding yet challenging jobs and in these times it seems unbearable. That's why on this episode, I'll talk about my first year of teaching and how I almost quit before I ever really began my career. I'll dive into a few of the lessons I learned in my first year of teaching  and how I pressed forward in the face of adversity. After listening, you will feel like you're not alone and feel empowered by whatever decision you make.
