Throwback Episode! - Shadows Follow

For this episode, I am reposting a dharma talk from almost exactly a year ago. Around this time, roughly, a year ago...Metallica blessed the world with the 72 Seasons Album, giving us the best album they've had since the Holy Trinity imho. It was so good, that it inspired this dharma talk based on the song Shadows Follow, which I recorded while I was in a hotel room in Boston I think. Forgive the occasional Hotel Room Chair Squeak (HRCS). I still offered a live session in VR tonight, but it was more interactive so it didn't make for a good recording.
