Tea & Toast: AJ O'Neill aka #SitdownAJ

• AJ is a professional dance teacher/choreographer and now writer of the musical “Unicorn”.
• AJ has been in an array of west end productions, including Chicago and worked in television for shows across ITV and Irelands, RTE.
• With a huge focus on diversity and inclusion, AJ wants to provide a platform which brings everyone on the journey of dance and expressing yourself through performing arts.
• During the pandemic he has been providing free daily dance parties and not to forget his DIVA classes which is where I first met AJ. Definitely not one to miss!
• AJ continues to amaze me with not just the free dance party classes to get everyone feeling great through this time.
• So on today’s show, AJ will be talking through how he began sitdownAJ, his own story and the importance of dance & expressing yourself.
