Amy gives us a lesson on surfing and the amazing Olympian, Carissa Moore, who is surfing towards Gold in Japan when surfing becomes an Olympic sport for the first time. And keeping with the Olympian theme, Amy tells the tale of Paralympian, Craig Blanchett, who broke 21 world records, despite being confined to a wheelchair. Go for the gold and get inspired.
