Nic Preen is a singer, musician, and songwriter. Nic was part of Al Bairre, one of South Africa's most popular bands at the time they were playing. Since Al Bairre, Nic now writes and performs with his new band called The World of Birds. Nic's 'just-go-for-it' attitude has led him to successes where others wouldn't have even tried.

1. You have to put yourself out there, get over the first jump, and then you'll build confidence from there.


2. Research how to get big in your industry and do what works - be intentional about building success. For example, play as many shows as possible and get seen by as many people as possible - the more exposure the better because you build a bigger and bigger audience.
