8. Aisling

Trauma has no borders and in this episode, we are talking with Aisling who joins us (virtually!) all the way from Ireland.  Aisling's reflections on her experiences brings to light the understanding that trauma isn't always obvious; sometimes it can slip into our lives in more subtle ways.  Aisling describes the process she went through in coming to terms with the trauma she had experienced and the steps she took towards healing herself.
