The irony of parenting is that you can feel alone, even though there is always another human with you. One of the greatest names for God is that of Father. He is a Father who cares for his children. When you feel alone in your parenting, turn to the Father who knows you.
Psalm 139:1–3 (NLT) — 1 O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. 2 You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. 3 You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do.
