Episode 3: Meet the infamous Rob from Run with Rob

In this episode we have our first ever guest on the show. We wrangled the actual 'Rob' from Run with Rob to speak with us and he Kindly shares some of his story. He exudes humility and takes none of the compliments or affirmations we give him, and in true rob style, he speaks more about the team and others, than himself. We are so grateful to him for joining us. We also recap some of the recent results from Blackall and then revisit our week. This includes Katie's review.
