On this week's episode, we were absolutely astounded to have the opportunity to speak with the absolutely astounding Australian long distance runner and four time Olympian, Lisa Weightman. She shares with us her insights on running in her 40s; she tells us about a day in the life of Lisa (she's a mum, a full-time career woman AND an elite athlete!); she shares with us tips for a positive mindset; and tells us about the highs and lows of her running career to date. We know there's so much more to come from this brilliant human and we certainly cannot wait to watch her achieve.
