What Mr. Clean Said About the Magic Eraser Pool Hack

Back in 2018, on July 5th Lisa Pack posted a picture of a dirty magic eraser being held over the blue water f an aboveground pool. No biggie, right? Well, Lisa's verbiage that accompanied the photo claimed that tossing a single magic eraser into the skimmer had taken her pool from cloudy to clear. This, in turn, gained the attention of tons of pool owners, and the post went viral.

As of this minute (I just checked), the post has 124K reactions, 150K comments, and 385K shares. Wowza! But, is it possible? Can a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser take a pool from haze to limpid?
