Episode 6: How we use yoga as the lense through which we work with our clients

In this episode, Kim and Amy discuss how they use the practice of yoga as the lense through which they work with their clients.  Appreciation for the culture and limbs of yoga will be shared, as well as how Amy and Kim intentionally weave what they have learned in their individual practices and yoga teacher trainings into their therapeutic work.  This is a topic that deserves many episodes and the discussion will continue in future episodes.
