Lubbock, Texas. September 13, 2005. A worker at the Lubbock City landfill spotted what looked like a brand new suitcase amongst the heaps of trash. It was a miracle that it caught his eye, given the sheer size and depth of the landfill. It wasn't something that he saw every day, so he decided to investigate. He would never forget what he found inside. The woman was naked and curled into a fetal position. Her body was covered in bruises. On her ankle was a tattoo of the word “Summer”.
