Thomas Thor & Isaac Bakwira: Learning to always give back

‘Go and enjoy life, connect with people and try to show more love.’   Today we have a very special podcast episode. We interview the founder of El Cambio Academy Thomas Thor who has created and provided opportunities for young people. The team recruits young athletes with potential in Uganda, providing them an 8 year scholarship so that the children can access a world class education and football program. His story goes through the reality of chasing a dream and how we can truly develop young people in more than one area of their life to provide a foundation for the rest of their life.   Alongside Thomas we also interview one of his remarkable students who has recently been accepted on a soccer scholarship programme in the USA Isaac Bakwira. Isaac takes us through his journey of not having any parents. Later on, he started playing football and that is where he was scouted by El Cambio Academy.   No matter where Isaac’s journey takes him, his determination to always give back is truly inspiring!   Resources:
