Being part of one of the most successful sporting teams in the world with Shane Fletcher

Shane Fletcher is the Team Manager of the most successful sporting team in the world, the Crusaders Rugby team in New Zealand.   Shane had aspirations of working on a farm as a child, however after travelling the world playing rugby, he found himself working as a principal of a school back in his homeland of New Zealand.    Then came the opportunity of a lifetime. An offer in 2016 to be the team manager of the Crusaders Rugby team.   Shane takes us through his inspirational journey and what it takes to be part of a successful team with a culture that supports everyone to be the best versions of themselves.    “If I am trying to find someone to blame, I am taking away time to find a solution.”   Resources:
