Big Ced founder of The Industry Cosign discuss the importance of staying true to who you are

As a veteran in the entertainment industry - Big Ced needs no introduction.  Growing up in the SE Bronx and going to Music and Arts High School - his roots are deep having grown up with the likes of Dana Dane, Slick Rick, MC Search, Afrika Boombaataa and more.  He was there at the beginning of Hip-Hop so it will forever ingrained in his DNA.  After years of writing and developing long lasting relationships, he started the Industry Cosign in 2004 - making a place for a real behind the scenes look on the Entertainment Industry as a whole - with all facts and no fluff.  As a contributing writer to Black Enterprise he does the same - providing impactful and introspective content while staying true to who he is.  Tune in everyone... this is someone you should ALL know.
