She's spent the better part of ten years in and out of states of depression and high-functioning anxiety. Despite this, Rawinia successfully transformed her life studying psychology, personal development and being a student of spirituality. She now supports those who believe there is more to life as they currently know it through her writing, coaching, mentoring and events.

In this episode, we talk about the ways you can find the strength to work on your emotional well-being. Rawinia talks about how writing, music, ecstatic dance, and coaches + therapists have been medicine for navigating her emotions, overcoming heartache, and stepping into her calling.
