Professor Kathryn Pavlovich is a professor of strategic management and entrepreneurship at the University of Waikato Management School, Hamilton, New Zealand. Her teaching and research focus is on global systems change – through relational forms of organising, and the development of purposeful leaders and enterprises, with spirituality and sustainability at the core of human flourishing.

Kathryn is a past Chair for the Management, Spirituality and Religion interest group of the Academy of Management.  She is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion, associate editor for the Journal of Management Education and on the editorial board of Journal of Business Ethics and the Academy of Management Learning and Education.
