Today on the Take on Board podcast, Helga speaks with Zoe Wainer about being an effective board member, governance challenges and in particular about value based health care.
Zoe is the chair of the board of Dental Health Services Victoria and also a board member of the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation.
She was formerly on the boards of the AMA Victoria and Tobacco Free portfolios. She is a medical doctor with a clinical background in cardiothoracic surgery, and the head of Public Health and Medical Director at BUPA.
