Jane is an independent non-executive director and currently serves as: Chair of St. Andrew’s Village Trust (Inc), member of the Electrical Workers Registration Board and the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand, and independent board member of Rowing New Zealand.
She has held senior executive roles across a number of service industries, including banking and finance, health, entertainment and telecommunications. She has a background in product management, marketing and business planning and has a particular interest in the customer experience. She is a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
