This week as been all about this mantra for me, and it takes intention and conscious thinking, it's simple but not always easy. In this episode, I talk about our mind and how it works, how it is our SuperPower BUT ONLY when we are the boss of our thoughts.

This is how it works. We are bombarded with information that is processed by our five senses and enter our conscious mind as thoughts. If we entertain or accept a thought, it wanders into our sub-conscious mind, where all of our feelings, beliefs, values and conditioning live. We act and behave in accordance with what's in our sub-conscious mind, it drives us and pulls us towards the reality of our lives, however that is for us.

Thoughts - Feelings - Behaviours - Actions - Our Life

So if we practise being the boss of our thoughts, we can re-condition and re-write our sub-conscious script, change our feelings, values and beliefs and behave in a way that is congruent with the way we want to live our lives. Simples.
