Hello there 💜

This week I talk about the stories we tell ourselves, where they come from and how you can change them to empower and serve you.

It all starts with your Mindset Flow - Thoughts - Feelings - Actions/Behaviours.

The stories that you tell yourself evolve from allowing your thoughts to be imprinted on top of each other over and over again in your subconscious mind. If you are not paying attention to your thoughts, they waltz into your subconscious mind and form your conditioning, your beliefs and your values so for however many years you've been living on this planet, your conditioning has been forming. And here's the kicker, a story might form from a comment that you heard when you were a kid, it forms the foundation of that conditioning and then you add to it over time until today you have a big dramatic story that you continue to tell yourself. 😲

The good news is that with awareness, you can change those stories to ones that empower and serve you, it just takes time and intention.

In this episode I share the stories I've told myself over time and what I do to rewrite them so that they empower and serve me, not drag me down and make me feel crap about myself.
