My Thoughts on Spiritualism and Racism

If you've listened to previous episodes, then you'd know that I am a spiritualist, I know in my heart that we are spirit living a human experience. I've known it for a long time but then it was confirmed when I facilitated a calm and loving transition from a human being back to spirit for my daughter and my mum. It was such an honour and a heartbreak all at the same time. 
This is why I had to speak up when racism once again raised its ugly, murderous head. Living is a miracle and an honour, and humans are essentially the same, we're spirit inhabiting a body for a few decades, 8 or more if we're lucky. This episode is made up of 4 snippet recordings that I made over the last 2 weeks, it's my take on how a global spiritual awakening would solve many of society's inequalities, injustices and tragedies. There is a obvious theme running through them, that we are souls with a body, not bodies with a soul, this is my absolute knowing, in my heart.
However, I understand that many of you won't share these beliefs and have no curiosity about spirit, so maybe give this episode a miss. It's perfectly fine, I'm not here to offend, I'm here to show how to live with love.
