In this episode I introduce you to the concept of your Shit Brick Backpack. Essentially it's the weight you carry around from all the repressed emotions that you've shoved down during your life leaving them unexpressed and unprocessed.
This shit brick backpack weighs a lot. You have collected the bricks over your lifetime and they raise their shitty heads when you least expect it, are unaware and they impact your behaviour in ways that can bring up feelings of confusion, frustration and shame.
They cause very unuseful and exhausting emotional patterns.
In this episode, I explain why and how it happens and how you can start to unpack your backpack. Plus I share my own experience in recognising my own shit brick pattern and how it was impacting my life.
