If you are reading this, I hope that you are having a good day, a day when you are feeling calm and positive.
I say this because there have been many times in my life where I have not felt either. Can you relate? A lot of this can be attibuted to my inability to be the boss of my thoughts which had a drastic effect on all aspects of my life, especially my feelings of self-worth, worthiness.
In this episode I share the story around the impact my parents divorce had on me and how that shaped how I viewed myself and my value in relationships with men. It took many years of study and professional help to change my conditioning around these beliefs so that I could welcome in a healthy relationship.
I share 2 techniques that I use for my own life and coach them to my clients. They are Mirror Talk and The Hoop Theory. Essentially both are used to recognise and name your most important values and how to honour them when you're dealing with others.
