136. How to Find Purpose

What is “purpose” and how do we find it? We tend to think that a purpose or calling is some magical entity out there in the universe that we spend a lifetime trying to find, but in my opinion, purpose is something we have to create. Purpose isn’t bestowed upon us by the cosmos; it’s a decision we make through our actions, intentions, and the way we show up in the world. With purpose, we can start shifting our perspective on daily tasks can transform the chaos and mundanity of life into something meaningful every single day. When the universe asks you who you want to become, you decide how to answer.
