I love learning and sharing information as much as (if not more than) the next guy, but in order to be an effective leader it isn’t enough to simply know a lot—you need a methodology. Information is the base level, but if someone comes to you looking for help with change, you’re going to need a process to measure and help them progress along. Today I wanted to attempt to share my own self-development methodology, what I call the “Self-Development Ladder.”
