L. Ron Hubbard has quoted, 'Man thrives oddly enough only in the presence of challenging environment,' We humans have evolved over time only because of hurdles. If the need of light and warmth was not needed the first spark of fire would have never be found. Challenges are beneficial to us as they push us out of our boundaries and make us step out of our comfort zones. Comfort zones are the biggest hurdles for the progression of our lives. Instead of pushing yourself out of the comfort zone how about we take up small challenges and get comfortable with them, eventually increasing the boundary of your comfort zone.
