18: Romany Henry (Dudu Eats)

This week’s guest is Romany Henry, who’s a culinary trained chef turned content creator with the handle ‘Dudu Eats’. She was born in Hong Kong and raised in Phuket, two places we both have in common. Ro is also a regular at Mob Kitchen with a focus on representing her South-East Asian flavours and culture through her cooking - As expected there was LOTS of asian food chat in this one. She also draws immense inspiration from her mother, who she chats about in this episode too, and who taught her how food can be a form of self-expression, preservation and love.
