Jacqueline A. Hinds and Dianne Greyson talk to Roger Kline, Senior Research Fellow Middlesex University Business School. They explore the relationship between Unions and organisations and how race discrimination cases have taken up a significant part of his current work. Roger Kline also acknowledges how bias plays a part in many structures particularly recruitment and selection arena, and appreciates the work that both Jacqueline and Dianne have done in creating the Transforming Bias Change Programme, which works as a catalyst for change in the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion space.
