Are There Students We Aren’t Equipped to Reach?

When we signed up for youth ministry we figured it wouldn’t always be easy, but dang, we also didn’t know that sometimes it would be so challenging! With that said, are there students who we actually can’t reach? Are there students we aren’t equipped for? Or are we supposed to reach them all?
